Terms of Use

DOM Wallet · Effective 1 August 2026
DOM Wallet is non-custodial. You — and only you — control your funds through Internet Identity. We cannot access, move, freeze, reverse, or recover them. Please read these terms before using the App.

1. Acceptance

By using DOM Wallet ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Non-custodial service

The App is software that helps you interact with the DOM token on the Internet Computer. Your keys are held by Internet Identity, not by us. We never take custody of your funds and cannot act on your behalf. You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your Internet Identity and for every transaction you authorise.

3. Transactions are final and irreversible

Blockchain transactions cannot be undone. If you send tokens to the wrong address, enter the wrong amount, or lose access to your Internet Identity, your funds may be permanently lost, and we cannot recover them. Always double-check the recipient address and amount before sending.

4. Not investment advice; DOM is a collectible

DOM is a token for participation in the Dawn of Machines project. It is not an investment, security, or financial product, and nothing in the App is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any price shown is approximate, is derived from a small and volatile market, may be inaccurate or stale, and should not be relied upon. Do not acquire DOM expecting profit.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that displayed information is accurate. You use it at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App — including lost tokens, loss of access, errors, downtime, or the acts of third-party services — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.

7. Third-party services

The App relies on services we do not control, including Internet Identity, the Internet Computer network, price data sources, and software delivery networks. We are not responsible for their availability, security, or conduct, and their terms and policies apply to your use of them.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using the App in compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to you in your location. Do not use the App if it is prohibited where you are, or for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the security of your device and your Internet Identity.

9. Changes

We may modify the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect when posted, indicated by the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
